Is this really free? What's the catch?
It's free. There is no catch. The thirty minutes are a real conversation with a licensed elder law attorney — yours whether or not you ever hire us. We don't sell packages on the call and we don't time-share you with a closer.

Is this a sales call?
No. If our firm is the right fit, the attorney will explain why in plain English. If we aren't — for example, your situation is really a tax matter, or you live in a state we don't serve — we'll say so and point you to someone who can.

What do I need to have ready before the call?
Nothing formal. A vague worry is fine — the attorney's job is to help you sort it. If you have a parent's date of birth, the rough value of their home, or a stack of papers you've been meaning to read, mention it; if not, that's fine too.

Do you serve my state?
We currently serve Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. If your parent lives elsewhere, we still keep a list of vetted elder law attorneys in all fifty states and will happily share referrals.

You'll have a one-page summary in your inbox within two business days — what we talked about, what (if anything) needs doing, what it would cost, and how long it would take. You're free to walk away with the summary and use it however you like.
